Are your products made with genuine (real) leather?

Yes, all our accessories such as handbags, shoes and small leather goods like wallets and purses are made with cow calf leather in a variety of colours and finishings e.g. saffiano, pebble-grain, ect.

Just a few selected designs are combined with other materials like top-grade canvas to achieve the fashionable looks meant for the design.

Where are your products made?

Depending on the collection, our products are mainly made in Italy and China, we are transparent with the locality of our workshops and factories, feel free to get clarification from our team of staff before your purchase.

How to best care for the leather bags?

It is advisable to keep your leather bags in a dry cool place and in the cover bag provided, away from the warm sun, it is important to note that keeping your bags in enclosed wardrobes will expose the bag to humidity and will result to the development of mildew mold on your leather bags.

Make time to air out your bags at least once a month, take the bags out from the wardrobe/cover bags and place them in a cool shaded area for a few hours. During this time, you could also clean your bag with a mild leather cleaning cream.

Remember to stuff your bag with bag puffers or crumpled paper (avoid cloth as this may cause humidity) to help keep your bags in shape when not in use.

Can I exchange/return/get a refund for my purchase?

For most cases, we do not accept returns for change of mind, nor do we offer refunds or exchange, especially for purchases beyond 30 days. However, please do contact the team for more info as this varies depending on the case brought forward, e.g. Did you receive a defected product? If you did, please contact the team immediately.

How long is the pre-order period? When will I get my order?

We close a pre-order at the end of every week, afterwards it will take about 10 working days for your order to be processed and to be shipped out from the warehouse to the boutique.

Once we have received the shipment and the conditions of the goods is satisfactory, we will prep the order for you to collect/to be posted out after the balance is paid.
