- When not in use, stuff with tissue or paper to maintain shape and store in the provided dust bag.

Shipping
- All products will be dispatched within 2 working days.
- Estimated delivery times:
Local: 1–3 working days
International: 5–7 working days
Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Take clear photos of the item and any visible defects.
- Send the photos via WhatsApp: +6 014-844 2800.
- You may exchange the item for another of equal or greater value. Any price difference for higher-priced items must be paid. No refunds for lower-priced exchanges.
- We will issue a consignment note for the return. Drop the parcel at your nearest courier store. Return shipping will be covered by us.
* Note: No new delivery will be processed until we receive the returned product. Items must be returned in original packaging, including dust bag and delivery box. Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be made within 21 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method.
- Exchanges are allowed once per item.
Sale Items: Refunds not available. Exchange possible for equal/greater value.
Late/Missing Refunds: Check your bank/credit card, then contact us at sales@tasbijoux.com if still missing.
Late or Missing Items
- You will be notified via WhatsApp once your item is ready for dispatch.
- If multiple items are ordered and dispatched separately, you are responsible for delivery costs of both shipments.
